2. Payments & Refunds

• We require a 50% deposit before starting work.
• If our first deliverable does not meet your expectations, you may walk away and keep the work at no further cost.
• Once a deliverable is approved, remaining balances are due.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver on time, you agree to:

• Provide necessary information, access, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure you have the rights to share any content you give us.

4. Intellectual Property

• You own the final documentation we create for you once full payment is received.
• We may showcase anonymized samples of work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
